Gary Fischman, PhD - Is the Principal and co-owner of Future Strategy Solutions.  He is a ceramic engineer by training and has experience and expertise in a variety of materials and manufacturing of materials topics.

Linda Luger, MS Ed - is the Vice resident, coordinator and co-owner of Future Strategy Solutions.  She has teaching certifications in New York and Maryland for Reading (K-12) N-6 and middle school.  Linda has experience and expertise in coating and teaching.
